Depositions, meetings and off-site consultations, per hour or fraction thereof	$ 500
Telephone conferences and consultations, per 10 minutes	$ 80
Review of medical records, review of other documents including transcribed testimony and depositions, preparation for testimony and deposition, per hour or fraction thereof	$ 500
Trial testimony per hour or fraction thereof	$ 500
Initial evaluation of patient or client including brief report, this is exclusive of medical records review, per hour	$ 500
Comprehensive reports (preparation time), per hour	$ 500
Testimony in cities other than San Diego must have fees and expenses paid in advance. For off-site testimony, evaluation, depositions, etc., travel time will be included. The fee for travel time for long-distance travel may be reduced as negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Retainer fees can be negotiated.
