Our office staff and TMS Treaters are here to help you get the most from your experience with us.
I am the TMS Coordinator. I grew up in San Diego and I am currently (remotely) finishing up a B.S. in Business Operations Management at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I am a strong believer in the benefits of TMS and love watching patients progress throughout their treatments. There is nothing better than being by someone’s side as they come out of their depression and start to laugh again! In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, creative writing, and studying history. Because of my learning and experience in this office I am considering a future in psychiatry.
I’m currently going to school at Mesa/Miramar College working on my prerequisites to become a nurse. I enjoy working at Dr. Hubbard’s office. We get great feedback from patients and it means a lot to all of us. I am glad I get the opportunity to help patients every day. As a treater I learn so much from my patients and we laugh together. Outside of school and work I like to go out with my dog Obi.
I am a recent graduate from UCSD with a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience. I initially had plans to become a Physical Therapist but have become more and more interested in pursuing a career as a Nurse Practitioner because of the experience I have had working at this clinic. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games and being with friends. I am extremely happy to be a member of this team and part of the patients’ journeys.
I grew up in San Diego and received my B.S. in Business Operations Management at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I’ve worked with Dr. Hubbard’s office since 2017, and I’ve been managing the TMS program since 2020. Through the years with Dr. Hubbard’s office, I’ve enjoyed the incredible opportunity of being mentored by Dr. Hubbard, Dr. Wycoff, and Rizwan Khan. I am a passionate believer in the benefits of TMS and continue to be impressed by the profound changes I see in our patients every day. There’s nothing more meaningful than being by someone’s side as their depression lifts and they begin to laugh again! In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, creative writing, and studying neurochemistry. Because of my learning and experience in this office I plan to receive my M.D. to continue advancing TMS research and caring for patients as a psychiatrist.

I began working here at the beginning of last year and it’s been quite an experience! Every day you learn something new. The greatest joy is seeing the change TMS brings to people’s lives. Outside of work I enjoy gardening and spending time out in nature.
I am a TMS Technician and Office Administrative Assistant. I love being a TMS Technician! I get to know a wide range of patients and most importantly I get to be with them as they gradually get better and become excited about life again. During my time here I’ve seen many patients work through and overcome so much. I’m honored to be part of a team that works with mental health and offers support to those in need. Outside of work I like to garden, spend time with my family, and play with my cats!

In my free time I like to cook, play basketball, or go for a run.
I am so excited to be working in the field of mental health, as it has always been an interest and passion of mine. It means the world to me to be a part of patients’ healing journies. I doubt there are too many things more rewarding than getting people the help they need! I am considering going back to school to learn more about psychology. In my free time I like to make music, art, and hang out with my friends.
I am an administrative assistant who is excited to be a TMS treater. I studied two years at UC Davis before taking a break to try to discover what it is I was passionate about. I am very glad I was able to start working here as helping patients has made me realize how much I enjoy learning about mental health as well as seeing people get better! I am quite social and outgoing, but I can be a great listener for those who need to talk. I hope that those traits can put a smile on those around me!
