What About Anxiety?

GR: It actually gave me a lot of confidence and my anxiety’s gone down so much and I didn’t think it was possible. I thought it was just always going to be a part of me, but I’d say I’m a lot less anxious when I talk to people. I can readily approach people now without any like anxious thoughts or like you know – nothing’s – it feels like nothing’s hindering me anymore and I’m able to socialize more easily especially at school.
