AB: The changes that I noticed the most are when an anxious feeling comes up for me I’m now able to sit with it. It’s much more – it’s much less overwhelming and it’s much more manageable for me. And when depression hits me I feel like you know I’m much more mindful, I’m able to be present and allow – you know when a thought comes into my mind – I’m allowed or I’m able to let it drift instead of having to sit with it and you know making it stick.
