NE: So I think that the biggest takeaway that I’ve had from TMS, and I’m now two weeks out from it, has been that I’ve been able to actually experience a wide variety of emotions without them being fleeting or without them being at any major extreme high or low. And it’s been really relieving to know that I can do that and not you know feel as if I’m going to slip back into this pit of depression, or this these long bouts of sadness. I definitely feel like I have the mental fortitude now and definitely the confidence to go about enacting the change that I feel I need to make in myself, whether that be unlearning old habits or simply having the strength to smile every day and continue making the improvements in myself and making me a better me.
