GK: I think that I always thought there was something wrong with me because other people were able to keep things ordered and I wasn’t. And I kind of felt like I wasn’t normal, that I wasn’t like other people. And then suddenly I started to realize how important order is and it became important to me and it became easier for me to handle. I don’t know how else to explain that but a person with ADHD just doesn’t have the ability to order things and everything in my life seemed disordered and I was uncomfortable with it on some level. And now i find that I’m able to accomplish a lot more and to keep that order, and it makes me calmer and I feel like I’m much more productive in my life than I’ve ever been.
