You know in the past I definitely felt like my feelings of depression and anxiety were what defined me and that it was going to be this backpack that I’d have to wear for the rest of my life. Whereas now I feel like it’s more part of my story and what allowed me to actually grow into this young man that I’m becoming. It was more so just a bump in the road that I had to work through.

NE: Yeah and it’s you know it’s no longer such a talking point in my life. It’s more of a more of a side gig that existed in the past and you know definitely just played a part in how I handle things now but without it being in the forefront of my life.
