PW: Now, the staff could hardly be any more friendly and engaging. It’s really almost amazing to have such a friendly kind of atmosphere in a doctor’s office to me. I’ve never really experienced it before.

Dr. W: That’s nice to hear that’s how we want it to be for you.

PW: It’s almost like a family is the way it feels. I mean everyone knows my name and even people I don’t interact with very often know my name when I walk in the door. And everyone gets treated with respect. And it’s really nice to see and concern not just respect, I mean people are doing their jobs but they’re taking a little minute to be human. I like that.
